Equal treatment of employees is a matter of course for CSD. An important principle here is gender-independent pay. We have our compliance with this principle certified externally in accordance with the internationally recognised standards of the SGS (Société Générale de Surveillance).
With the ‘Advanced’ classification, we fulfil the most demanding requirements of the certification body. They confirm a gender pay gap within a narrow threshold of 2.5%. The statistical analysis is based on a methodology defined as ‘good practice’ by the Equal Pay International Coalition. Our data is analysed by accredited experts, who then issue a certification valid for four years.
This good result is also a commitment: as a Group, we will continue to work towards sustainable gender equality at all levels.
