Development of the training offer
In 2020, CSD launched its e-learning platform, also known as LMS (Learning Management System). Through this platform and new training modes, CSD enriches its current offer and makes it more flexible thanks to new training modes. In addition to the classic courses, virtual classes, webinars, and e-learning are offered. This online platform makes training available to employees when required and increases the opportunities for knowledge sharing within the group.

 

Although the CSD Group offers a wide range of training courses, it also encourages and financially supports participation in external training courses such as MBAs, MASs, CASs and technical specializations.
