As a pioneer of sustainable construction, CSD has international experience in all the relevant technical disciplines. We lead the way in the areas of sustainability, structural physics, energy, supporting structures, handling of contaminated sites and harmful substances, as well as the conservation of structures.

Private contracting authorities and public institutions appreciate our support in every phase in the life cycle of a building or open space. The tasks involved range from carrying out the inventory and strategic planning for transformation processes (including support during the process of choosing the planner and competitive procedures), as well as construction support services and operational streamlining, to conservation, renovation and dismantlement. We have integrated the BIM technology in several major projects.

As part of developing strategies for open spaces, our services also include due diligence with regard to the remediation of contaminated sites and harmful substances. In the case of buildings, we offer an integrated building planning service or operational streamlining. This obviously includes project quality management (PQM). We support audits or carry out certification processes for areas and buildings.
