Support for contracting authorities and local construction management - Namamen restaurant, Bern
At CSD ENGINEERS, we believe that a well-organized project is a guarantee for success. Our experts assist the project owner in defining the objectives and planning of the project, including the follow-up of the project until its conclusion, while ensuring that the studies comply with the standards and regulations in vigour. We prepare public and private tenders, organize project meetings, negotiate and assist in the acquisition of land. Our engineers ensure the management of documentation, including debriefing, budgeting, investment reporting, cost control, invoicing and final reporting. The organization of architectural contests is also possible. Quality controls are carried out in addition to the follow-up of the project acceptance. Our experts analyze and implement strategies for risk management. They also ensure that costs, quality and deadlines are respected.
We offer the abovementioned services not only for buildings, but for all infrastructures (roads, rails, tunnels, etc). In addition, CSD handles traffic concepts, on-call services, the operational coordination and the coordination with the authorities. We assist our clients in the acquisition of land or the temporary use of land and develop emergency concepts for construction sites. In addition, we participate in the training of entrepreneurs.
