Agostino Clericetti is part of the first generation of environmental engineers at EPFL, where he is still a lecturer and member of the advisory committee of the SSIE (Section of Environmental Sciences and Engineering), and holds a Master of Advanced Studies from ETH/EAWAG in the field of water pollution control. Agostino Clericetti has made a valuable contribution to CSD's success for 30 years. He has been active in the German-, French- and Italian-speaking regions of Switzerland as well as at the international level, has managed numerous projects in the fields of climate, rail transport and waste recycling, founded one of our sites and managed it for ten years. After successfully completing an Executive Master in Business Administration at the University of Milan, he was appointed to the General Management of the CSD Group. He first assumed responsibility for a region in German-speaking Switzerland and, since 2016, for the Environment, Geology and Water Division of Western Switzerland, Ticino and Italy. Under his successful leadership, this division increased its headcount by 50%. The establishment of several new locations (Lugano, Basel, Milan, Neuchâtel) and the launch of new business areas (mobility, spatial planning) are also among his successful initiatives. He has been CEO of the CSD Group since 2024.

Alessio Menegatti, Deputy President

Alessio Menegatti has degrees in geology, industrial economics and applied psychology for the workplace. Since 1999, he has been active in the management and coordination of projects in the fields of geology and tunnel construction (e.g. N4 Neue Axenstrasse, 2nd tube Gotthard road tunnel, cavern gas storage, etc.). He also advises cantonal authorities and railroad operators on the maintenance and expansion of their transport networks (geological-geotechnical basics, maintenance management concerning natural hazard risks).

As a member of the management board of the CSD Group, he is responsible for German-speaking Switzerland.


Henriette Haas, Member

Henriette Haas

Graduate in Business Administration (University of Budapest), MBA (INSEAD)
CFO

Henriette Haas was consultant and manager at a major American strategy consulting firm, purchasing director of a leading telecoms group, CFO COO of an international IT services group and most recently CFO COO of an internationally active engineering group, before joining CSD in June 2024.

She has lived in 6 countries and is fluent in 4 languages. Focused on processes, quality and results, she drives sustainable improvements in business performance with a constructive team spirit.

Ms Haas is continuing to shape the CSD Group across its various countries of activity, seizing opportunities for growth and successfully integrating new companies.

Thomas Erb, Member of the Management Board

Thomas Erb

Director Construction for German speaking Switzerland and Germany

With extensive experience in energy and construction, Thomas Erb also has considerable business management skills, including cost management and organizational development.
During his professional career, he has developed business either in terms of services and products or geographically, while increasing the efficiency of his activities.

Pascal Helfer, Member

Pascal Helfer has been the head of the CSD Group’s environment division for French-speaking Switzerland and Italy since the beginning of 2024. Prior to that, he was a member of its advisory board from 2020 to the end of 2023.

At CSD, he first took charge of the Environment department at the Lausanne branch office, before quickly being appointed deputy branch manager and branch manager in 2018. He led the development of several new areas (e.g. deep geothermal energy, climate plans).

Before joining CSD, Pascal Helfer headed the environment department of Geneva Airport as a member of the Board of Directors for 10 years.

Ralph Klaus, Member of the Management Board

Before being elected as head of CSD Belgium and member of the Management Board, Ralph Klaus was active in the fields of environment, renewable energy and wind power projects, risk analysis for floods, acoustics, spatial planning and mobility. He also conducted impact studies related to infrastructure projects, leisure facilities, energy, industry and real estate projects, as well as studies related to hydrology and management of river basins and provided expert appraisals on ecological matters.

Ralph Klaus was a member of the Advisory Board of the CSD group for several years and left this position to devote himself to his new tasks as a member of the Management Board.

Roselyne Loeb, Member of the Management Board

Roselyne Loeb

HR Director

Roselyne Loeb is a highly qualified lawyer with degrees in social law and human resources development. She has made the development of human capital the leitmotif of her career. As a specialist in social dialogue and change management, she has a thorough understanding of the complexities faced by multicultural service organizations. She has applied her expertise on both sides of the Atlantic in companies of all sizes, from start-ups to large international listed companies, where she has gained a wealth of experience over more than 20 years.

She has received numerous awards for her work, including Hewitt's Most Innovative HR Practices.

A founding member of the 'Génération RH' club and an active participant in the 'European Club for HR', Roselyne is passionate about fostering dialogue and sharing insights within the HR community. She is also a member of the 'Institut Montaigne', an independent think tank, and a lecturer at Paris-Descartes University.

Since 2018, she has successfully led the development and implementation of an ambitious HR strategy in an international engineering company as Director General of Human Resources.
She joined the CSD Group's Management Board in 2024 to support the company's sustainable growth ambitions and to shape an HR policy designed to meet the challenges of the future.
