Polymetra, a CSD Group company and part of Monitron, will support the planning of an 800-meter horizontal directional borehole along the axis of a future water supply tunnel in Hong Kong in April 2021.
Polymetra will provide the complete testing equipment for the in-situ hydraulic tests. Besides, it will supervise the execution of up to 30 borehole tests and the monitoring of the hydraulic tests. During the tests, Polymetra will train local staff on-site, analyze the performed tests and report the results to the Hong Kong municipal authorities.
The trust-based and long-standing relationship with the customer DRiLTECH, the attractive and unique portfolio of technology and services, as well as the training of the employees in Hong Kong, were decisive for winning the contract.
