Since its foundation 50 years ago, CSD has been committed to environmental protection and the preservation of biodiversity. On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the company has decided to carry out concrete actions that will benefit flora and fauna. The creation of green spaces, the planting of trees and hedges, the removal of neophytes and the construction of insect hotels are just a few examples. In view of the current situation, and in order to enable these projects to be carried out, the distance and hygiene regulations in force will be applied.

Within the framework of its projects, CSD proposes nature concepts with compensation measures for areas and neighborhoods. When implementing construction projects, CSD always strives to create added ecological value by creating compensation areas. Programmes for the protection and monitoring of species such as the whinchat are currently active. CSD also implements ecological networks in agriculture.
