In the heart of the city of Basel, CSD is able to provide extensive environmental services, thanks to its experienced team of employees. CSD worked alongside architects from the SBB to clear up Basel city centre. CSD was responsible for providing consultancy services during contract negotiations, optimised waste disposal, acted as surveyor for brownfield sites, graded the excavations and monitored dimensions. This role of intermediary between the architects and the authorities was seen as highly significant.
International

CSD is involved in environmental protection during work-related situations both in Switzerland and abroad. At the request of SECO and UNO, CSD is realising two projects in Vietnam: providing expert support for an environmental office in Hanoi in the re-engineering sectors of industrial processes, the transfer of cleaner technologies and the evaluation of investment projects.
