With apprentices making up 5% of all employees, plus some 15 internships, CSD is dedicated to investing in the education of young people. We also support young professionals and ongoing development in the skill sets needed by our company. CSD experts teach at the Federal Institutes of Technology and at Universities of Applied Sciences, whilst supporting research through the sharing of knowledge gained in practical applications.

 

Women make up 30% of CSD Group employees, but our commitment to equality of opportunity is not limited to employment policies.
